gud am po, tnong ko lng po kung pwede b ireklamo ko un nag complain sakin kung skaling napatunayang mali ang mga akusasyon nila sakin.. may kaso po b o sitwasyon n gnun??

kasi 1week from now mgdedecide na po ung fiscal na may hawak smin and if ever na idismissed ung kaso plano ko po tlaga na magsampa ng kaso.thank u po

Good evening, my sister had been convicted for violation of PD 705.  They immediately filed a notice of appeal and her lawyer will submit their position paper to the CA next week.  However, a friend advised her to prepare her personalized appeal brief in support of the Position Paper made by her attorney.  She asked me to write one for her. While I am confident that I can present her case quite convincingly, I am at  a lost on how to format her personal appeal brief. I am a writer but I am not a lawyer.  May I therefore seek help from any competent member on how to correctly make an appeal letter for my sister. Thank you.

no problem, not clear what acts were committed.

wrong, you can search appeal brief on the net and see formats. BUT i don't recommend what you're planning. while i don't doubt your writing ability, there are too many pitfalls in the law that even lawyers screw up. pd 705 is a special law, all that the prosecution needed to do was prove that the offense was committed, doesn't matter why. if the penalty was less than 6 years, you may want to bite the bullet and just apply for probation.

pinipilit po nila ung kaso sa amin na child abuse ung mga salaysay ng testigo idinidiin nila ko pero sa salaysay ng ngrereklamo ni hindi po nabanggit ung name ko.at may testigo po ako na magsasabi na talagang gusto lang nila ako matanggal sa work ko as government employee

Mababang kaso lang yan! Kapag nag renew sya ng passport nya obligadong i renew ng embassy yun! Unless wanted sya at may warrant of arrest then subject for deportation sya.
