Hi I would like to ask how we would go about the position paper as the employer. The case is the employee was dismissed from the company however he has signed a quitclaim and has received already backwages accorded to him. He then filed for an illegal dismissal case but when we presented the quitclaim he is then asking for financial help. He was with the company for more than 10 years however his case with the company caused us more than 500K for the 1st incident alone then another 100K for the 2nd incident.
