tatanong ko lang po kung ano ibig sabihin ng COLA kase ngayon lng po ako naka encounter ng ganito sa salary....
sa mga dati kong employer wala naman kaseng ganun sa salary ....

gusto ko malaman kung bakit po may COLA sa salary rate....

salamat po, may tatanong pa po sana ako... paano po ba ang computation for O.T. pay.... nag tatratbaho po ako ngayon sa ayala... ang pasok lng po namin mondays to fridays optional po yung saturdays..... gusto ko lng po malinawan sa computation ng O.T.

di ko kase talaga maintindihan...... kase po dun sa mga previous employer ko eh..... kapag lumagpas ka sa time ng out mo... 6pm onwards counted as O.T. na... ang tingin ko nga po eh.... mas malaki yung binabawas sa late tiaka iba po yung computation ng employer ko kapag may late ka na kahit one day lng.
