Ask ko lang ano comment nyo re 60/40 contingency agreement?

Favorable ba ito sa complainant na walang pang bayad sa lawyer?

In the end, worth it ba ang ganitong agreement kung saan ang matatanggap ng complainant ay paghahatian (60% complainant and 40 lawyer%)?

Paki share naman ang inyong inputs, insights, experiences etc tungkol sa usapin na ito.

sobrang laki naman nang 40%.. ano ba to kaso sa NLRC?? usually ang engagement sa lawyer ranges from 20T to 50T mahal na yun.. tapos per appearance eh from 2T to 5T..

magkano ba ang pinag uusapan dito? at bakit humihingi nang 40% ang lawyer?

Labor case po. Noong nangailangan kasi ako ng Lawyer ala akong pera pangbayad, actually hanggang ngayon din. Need na kasi ng Position paper noon kaya nagtanong tanong ako at may na refer sa akin na lawyer na payag sa contingency agreement.
