good evening, tanong ko lang kung anong mga steps na dapat gawin kung magpapa correct ng mga clerical errors sa birth certificate? kulang kulang kasi spelling ng first and last name ko and yung last name ng papa ko sa birth certificate ko. and isa pang question, anong gagawin pag mali yung nailagay na nationality ng papa ko sa birth certificate ko? thank you

To know the requirements you should visit your local civil registrar - kung saan nakarehistro yung birth certificate. Kung clerical errors lang, di na kailangang dumaan sa korte. It's purely administrative matter.

Clerical error (spelling etc) - ADMINISTRATIVE - LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR

Correction of entry of NATIONALITY - not administrative - needs COURT ORDER.
