Hi! I bought vouchers for the 32-hour Mandarin class in The Bridge Language Center last August through cashcashpinoy.com. Before I made the
purchase, I asked them for the start of class schedule. I was informed its going to be on the 1st or 2nd week of September, every Sat 12-4pm in Ortigas/2-4pm in Makati. However, until now, they have not confirmed the start of class. The reason they gave me early September is because they still need to fill-up slots for minimum number of students. I told them that if class begins later than what they told me before, I have another class coming in a couple of months, it will be a conflict since its whole day of weekends since its for a licensure exam and we have work on weekdays. I have sent them text msgs in the last 2 Fridays for updates but they didn't reply back.

I emailed cashcashpinoy about my situation and I have asked if I can do a refund. They said no. They said that No Refund is written in their Universal Fine Print and that the vouchers are valid until February 2014.

I would like to know if the no refund policy they impose is valid and if there is anything else I can do to get my money back. Thanks.

Hi, I also have the same situation in regards to a deal that I made from cashcashpinoy. Last July 10, 2013 I had purchased a tricity tour package for December. After the purchase I made a call to the agency and was told they have December dates available but was told to just email them to get the info. I emailed all the email addresses that they have however they haven't responded to me with that. It's been 3 mos of battle with emails and messages and calls to the agency which has different numbers and people that I have talked to and eventually requested for a refund. But they told me no refund on the fine print but instead the money I gave them is gonna be valid for a tour within a year. It's hard to communicate with them since they barely respond to my emails with a reason that they receive a lot of emails everyday. I have asked cashcashpinoy but was told no refund as well. The apparent owner made a confirmation that he understands i want to get a Singapore tour in exchange to the tricity but when i emailed them after talking to the owner, was told they cant and gave me a Hongkong tour instead for the reason that they can only give me a package according to what i've paid for. December is getting closer but I still have no positive info if I can still make it in December or no. Please help me with this situation. Thanks and more power!

try contacting the credit card company to reverse charges and allege that they are not providing the service promised.

you can also file a complaint at dti. or better to work a deal with the agency if still possible.
