I have one (1) original copy of document (Absolute Deed of Sale of Parcel of Land) dated way 1966 through an Atty. on said document i suspect that the signature of Father (seller) was a false signature, likewise the thumb mark of my mother and also the signature of my Auntie were all false. if forensic result proved that said document are falsified can i use said document in court to regain said Property Lot?
