Hello, I need help with my case.
I am a USA Citizen and my wife is a Filipino Citizen and recently a USA permanent resident (green card).
My wife and I got married in the Philippines in July 2009.
I spent all of 2009 and part of 2010 in the Philippines. I bought a nice house in the Philippines in her name, but my name is on the title also as a USA citizen, 2 jeepneys and a car.
When I left the Philippines in 2010, my wife ran off with her boy friend and did not talk to me for a few months. My came back to me because of pressure from me and her family in 2010.
I thought we were doing fine and I paid to get my wife a Passport and a USA green card (permanent USA resident). My wife came to the USA in November 2012, then went back to the Philippines in July 2013 to go to school.
My wife met a guy and text me to let me know she does not love me and found true love with this other guy.
My wife is a glamor queen and posted pictures of her and her boy friend on her alternative FaceBook account. My wife's best friend logged to the other facebook account and sent me a lot of pictures of my wife and her new boy friend.
I have a habit to always email my wife our yahoo instant messenger conversation so I have every conversation we had when she told me of this guy and she admits her affair and so does the other guy!! I have saved every conversation from the boy friend and my wife.
My wife and her boy friend self-rationalized that my marriage does not exist so there is nothing wrong with them living together. I recently found out my wife has had other relationships during our marriage and she told me about those also.
I am living in the USA and my wife is in the Philippines at the moment with her boy friend.
I need advice on how to file a case of Adultery against my wife and her boy friend in Philippine court. I would like to file the case online as I am in the USA.
The house and vehicles are another matter, I need to focus on filing an Adultery case.
One more point: I hear that the father of my wife's boy friend is rich and powerful.
So, with this said, am I just wasting my time since I know the boy friend's father will probably get involved in my case?
