Hello po.. I need help..
I am a seaman' wife and we got married few months ago. I am a career woman and i have my own income but as a wife i think i have every right to know everything about his job.
My problem is, i feel insulted because when he got back on board, he told me that he will not give me any allotment because he has debts to pay, at yung health card nya na dapat para sakin, ibinigay nya sa mother nya na wala namang seryosong sakit.. masakit lang isipin kasi parang hindi nya ako nirerespeto.
He is a Second Officer (second mate), but I have no idea about his job...he only told me that he is the one doing the map calculation..he seems to avoid whenever i ask questions about his job...it really hurts me.
Lately, we have been having big fights, and even after marriage he changed a lot.
Now, I want to file for an annulment, but before i do that, I need to know my rights/benefits as a seaman's wife.
Is it true na pwede ko siyang i-reklamo sa POEA na hindi nya ako binibigyan ng allotment? No idea po kasi ako.and by the way, wla po kaming anak.
Regarding annulment naman po, meron siyang hinuhulugang condo, on going pa yung construction at hndi pa fully paid.. meron po ba akong right sa condo nya kahit hindi pa eto fully bayad? Sa kanya po naka pangalan yung condo, co-owner nya yung sister nya pero naka state na ako yung wife.
