Good Day! I just want to ask a question. I resigned from my previous company but I only been there for a week and I still get a salary from them for 2 months. They contact me and told me to give back their money. if I dont give back their money can they file a case against me?

isosoli ko po talaga pero nid dw maibalik within 1 week ehh wala pa po ako pera. anung kaso po ang makakaso nila sa akin ? kc gusto ko tlga bayaran pero wala pa ako work
