Non-Payment of SSS/Pag-Ibig Premiums

Greetngs!

I am about to process my retirement with SSS/Pag-Ibig but I found out that my premiums were not paid.

I had been following this non-payment of premiums with this employer years back after I availed my optional retirement with them.  They promised that they will remit the missing premium payments but when I checked with SSS & Pag-ibig recently, said premiums were not remitted.

I would like to seek your legal assistance in this case because I am already old and I need my retirement pay to support me especially my medical needs.

you should go straight to SSS and Pag-ibig, show them proofs (payslips) that you were deducted these contributions and that your company did not remit them. They should be able to help you.
