i resigned already a month ago.they accepted it but am still working with them cause my replacement isn't here yet. I've given them 2 weeks notice on that day it would be effective. Am taking my resignation back, they said i cant take it back cause i already breach it once i resigned. is it still a breach even if they didn't let me stop to work?

a resignation once accepted cannot be withdrawn. but notice period should only be 30 days.
