I would like to ask, our employees were asked to attend a 2 hours training which was scheduled after their shift. Their schedule was 6am-2pm and their training was 2-4 do we need to pay for overtime for the 2 hours work extension? Another thing the other training schedule will be at 6pm - 8pm and the other shift will start at 6pm-2am, they should also be paid for the regular hours right? Thank you in advance.
