Arresto Menor

Pano po pag may bond ka na 100K for 1 year sa company then after 4 months of employment.. tinerminate ka ng employer mo. Nirerequired kang magbayad ng 100K bond. Pano po pag wala kang pambayad? Pwede bang ipa-HIT ng employer ang records mo sa NBI?

I don't think someone can directly answer this for you.. My suggestion po is:

1. look for your contract
2. go through the details and carefully read and understand what you've signed in the contract specially the one regarding the bond and termination

There are always two copies of the contract, one would be the company copy, the other one would be your copy of the contract - and I think both needs to be read and signed by you during contract signing.

If you're willfully terminated then you're liability of training bond ends there. No need to pay for it.
