Allow me to pose more hypothetical questions that I'd grateful to anyone who might care to answer:
1) When a person is born on Feb 29 (a leapling) when does his birthday fall every year that is NOT a leap year?
2) In impugning legitimacy of a child, is the rule that ONLY the husband, and in the proper cases, his heirs, may impugn ABSOLUTE? What if take for instance, person A, a married wife, stole the "seed" of another man NOT his husband who is also married. May the "offended" husband impugn the legitimacy of the child borne of his OWN seed?
