Hi, i am currently facing problem today.
I gave two weeks noticed resignation to them because i hope they understand it that i have a new better job. They dishonored my 2 weeks noticed but they approved my resignation if it will be 30 days notice.

My question is,is it lawful that they hold my salary last August 31 if I continue this 30-days noticed? My last day to complete 30-days noticed should be September 14.

I have 2 years contract to them but I really need to get out.
