Just want to clarify the following;
1. employment contract states that employee shall give the employer 60days notice from the time of resignation notice. can the employee resign following only the 30days notice?
2. employee is more than 1 year employed already and a required training has been set by the employer in the coming weeks. does the employee have the right to refuse to sign the training bond? - either before or after the training?
3. holding of salary of the employee due to uncollected dues from employer's client. - client was previously handled by the employee but a PDC has been issued by the client already.
