Arresto Menor

Hello and Good morning to all Moderator/s

I Just want to know if can we, her family or could my sister file a case against her bf?

she got pregnant at age 19,her bf is 21
they are not married, and seems like the guy don't want to support
her financial needs, and recently we found out that they broke up.
so how about my sister? and the baby?

I know its not your problem,
just wanted to know from the experts.

And i really want to help my sister coz shes so depressed Sad
what wud be the best thing to do?
