AWV wrote:I just used UK as one of the example! wherever your husband went to, there are lots of ways to stay and live in another country, that's why we have the so called illegal immigrants!
If that's what you believed in our law that you can do things without spending any penny then you're so naive!, it's all up to you!
so far the reason you are here asking questions is because you haven't got any succesful result with your case yet, have you?
Just listen to this story, one of my partner's Auntie lives in the US and her son was killed in Philippines and the case was forgotten! Why? her relatives does not help and cooperate unless she give them lots of money! She can't come home and she would rather send the money than buy herself a ticket to go back. Simply because she also has children in US and in US if you don't have adult to leave your children with, is not allowed to go away without them. Her kids are attending school and she cannot afford to pay for return tickets for all of them! So she can't do anything.
Her family back in Philippines pretends they are making an effort with the case but turns out they weren't at all they are just spending her money, so in the end its all about money! She was told they had to pay NBI etc to follow up on the case... Nothing happens so far so she just gave up! Why nothing happen with the case? The killers are very influential, they are big time drug dealers! So you better be careful being so tough, If your husband is married to a foreigner, just be careful its kind of risky for you! people has mentality of getting rid of what causes the problem!
