Hi Atty.,

Nabangga po kasi ako ng isang company owned car, they will pay for damages via the insurance daw po nila. Now, nagpa estimate po ako sa Casa tapos tumawag po sa akin yung insurance nila na hindi daw po ako eligible magpaayos sa Casa kasi daw po ayon sa policy nung nakabangga sa akin pag more than 2 years old na daw po yung kotse hindi na daw pwede sa Casa at sa accredited lang daw nila pwede.

Can I force na sa Casa ko magpaayos? Insurance po ba dapat ang kinakausap ko o yung company na may ari nung kotseng nakabangga?
