Arresto Menor

Hi! Seek lang po ako legal advise regarding my situation right now. Isa po akong bagong guro sa public school. Ako po ay ngkaroon ng dalawang anak sa may asawa 13 years ago pero nung nagsama kmi nung guy ay hiwalay na po cya ng asawa nya. Ngaun pede po ba ako macharge at madismiss sa aking propesyon as teacher kung sakaling kasuhan ako ng dati nyang asawa na isa din teacher sa public school. Ang nkakapagtaka eh hindi cya nagsampa ng kaso 13 years ago nung una nyang nalaman yung tungkol sa min at ngayon lng cya gagawa ng hakbang laban sa kin. May laban po ba ako dito?
