Good day!
Nagtratrabaho po ako sa company na ito for 7 years na. Nung nagpalit po kami ng boss napansin ko na di maganda ang treatment sa akin nitong bago. Meron po kaming mga audit everyday sa mga staff namin, may mga araw daw po kasi na di ako nag aaudit. Dahil dito binigyan nya po ako ng memo na may 7 days suspension. Nung nag check mo ako ng lahat ng audit nalaman ko na yung ibang auditor marami ring kulang, nag request po ako ng admin hearing sa hrd at nakarating na kami dun. after 2 months nakatanggap ako ng resolution galing sa kanya hindi galing sa HRD. na pinapataw na nya ang aking suspension. may merit po ba ito sa NLRC? ang tanong ko po ay ganito.
1. Tama po bang ako lang ang may memo at yung iba wala samantalang lahat kami nagkami.
2. Tama po bang cya ang magbigay ng resolution sa hearing namin kahit pareho kaming management side?
3. tama po ba ang procedure na binigay sa akin ng HRD at cya.?

1. What is your proof that your co-workers have questionable report?

2. Yes. you can be reprimanded (if you have offense) even if you are on the management side

3. the procedure is right. First, you must be given NTE then admin hearing

Ok thanks for the reply. I have proof na sila rin may offence pero bakit ako lang ang may memo. Its because pinepersonal ako ng boss ko. If they can repremand me she can also repremand others with same offence. Is this right?

If you could prove that there has been an unfair treatment, you may bring that up to your HR first

Yes i can prove this issue kasi yung audit namin naka online at pwede malaman mga reports. Dinala ko na din sa hr nung time na naglabas boss ko ng resolution pero wala naman silang ginawa eh.

Nothing. But they told me that its separate issue for my boss. But im not happy for what happen thats whay I raised it already to NLRC
