good day po sa inyong lahat,
ako po ay may plano mag trabaho sa ibang bansa, kami po ng aking asawa ay matagal ng hiwalay almost 12yrs na may dalawa kaming anak, ang tanong ko po pwede ko bang hindi na ilagay ang pangalan ng aking asawa sa mga dokumento, halimbawa sa passport, sss, philhealth, pag ibig, sa resume ko? maraming salamat po.. god bless

opo attyLLL, nakalagay po sa aking resume na im married.. i have a live-in partner today for almost 9yrs pwede po ba na sya ang ilagay ko sa mga documents ko, na beneficiaries? or kung hindi man po pwede na ilagay ang name ng live in partner ko as beneficiary pwede ko ba na i indicate na im married but hindi ko ilalagay ang name ng ex-wife ko? actually po we legally married but mga dinaya po yung age namin the time na kinasal kami, she's 16 and im 17 that time, pero hindi pa po namin napapa void yung kasal namin. and may kani kaniya na rin po kaming panibagong buhay ngayon at dahil matagal narin naman po kaming hiwalay.. thank you po attyLLL

better to keep it blank rather than put someone who isn't your wife.

if you were married after 1989, it would not be very difficult to have your marriage declared void

1991 po kami ikinasal, attyLLL magkano po kaya ang magagastos kapag pina void yung kasal namin? if ever po sa inyo magkano po?
