is a contract considered invalid if it is altered... example is they altered the company name in the contract from ABC to XYZ... I have signed the contract with the name ABC they have changed it to XYZ because they deployed me in XYZ instead of ABC. I have the orig copy of the contract with alteration... thanks.

yes, that makes it invalid unless they have the right to transfer you in the first place.

how can i know if they have the right to transfer me in another company? i reviewed my contract and there's no quote there that they can transfer me anytime without my consent. is this considered void sir? thank you for answering my query.

if there's nothing on the contract, then that would be my argument. but the longer you keep working at xyz, then they can argue that you accepted it anyway
