may problema ako ngayon sa negosyo. meron akong pawnshop na pinagkatiwala ko sa tiyahin ko. siya ang naging manager at book keeper. meron din isa pang empleyado na appraiser. tumakbo yon ng wala ako for 2 years kasi nagtrasfer ako ng residence. ngayon, nalaman ko na ninakaw nila yung laman ng vault at pinalitan ng fake. tapos, isinangla sa ibang pawnshop.

Problema ko ngayon, wala akong pera para matubos sa ibang pawnshop yung sinangla nila. may mga items din na naremata na ng kabilang pawnshop.

Pano kaya gagawin ko para hindi ako makasuhan ng customer kasi ala ako pang settle since naubos na yung pera ko kasi bago pa lang yung pawnsop, mga 4-5 years pa lang. 2 months na nakasara yung pawnshop ko kasi hindi ko alam kung pano ko haharapin ang customer. Although, sinampahan ko na ng kaso yung mga empleyado

as owner of the pawnshop, you are liable for the lost items. the best you can do is to negotiate with the customers.

you have to pursue the case against your aunt and employee to see if you can recover anything. good luck.

I'm planning to negotiate with them but the problem is I don't have any money left for settlement. I have to sell a property just to pay the customers, so I guess I have to request them to wait.

This would not prevent them to file a case against me, would it?

no, it will not prevent them. what you should be ready for is they file criminal cases against you. you should be protecting yourself by building evidence that you were not involved in what happened.
