Arresto Menor

Good Morning Legal Advisers,

I am working in a BPO Company (call center). I lost my phone in the locker room. I filed an incident report to view the CCTV in locker room. Unfortunately, the person im sharing the locker with left it opened. We saw the person who stole my phone. I kept quite and didnt tell anyone about it, besides for my superiors. The company HR was suppose to schedule a hearing, but before they can do it, the employee was no longer coming to work. The suspected employee also posted on social media that he decided to quit and resigned, but he didnt as per the his supervisor. I want to file a legal case. What should i do?

Talk to your HR as the theft happened on company premises. let them know that you wish to pursue legal action against the suspect.
