Hello! Tanong Ko Lang po Kung may habol pa po ba ung ex-wife ng husband Ko at humihingi ng 1million pesos. Kasal po cla pero wala clang anak. They were separated 4years ago,. May ibang asawa at anak na din po ung babae pero ngaun nag filed sya ng case na RA 9262.

Reclusion Temporal

Usually po ginagamit ang 9262 para makakollekta ng suporta. Ang pahingi ng suporta ay kasong civil lang at hindi criminal.
