Dear Moderator,

Good day to you.

I have a question regarding on the new case "Perjury" file against me. Even though there's a pending civil case "sum of money" and criminal case "estafa" that I filed against them.

I need some advice and suggestion on how to handle this issue. Is like a second opinion. I want to clarify if this kind of court processing is allowed in the Philippine court even there's a continuous court hearing? Because I cannot understand why this allowed by court? Is it ok to file for motion to dismiss? Please give me some thoughts on how to handle this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Perjury by definition in Law.
1. The deliberate, willful giving of false, misleading, or incomplete testimony under oath.
2. The breach of an oath or promise.

Meaning: Perjury happens although you have a case on going  if they are convince that you lied with your statements then they can file a Perjury case against you.
