I and my Flipino wife where married in the US in 2002 and made a will. We have moved to the Philippines 2009.
I understand that upon death the remaining spouse inherits all of the estate which is fine.
I have no relatives here in the Philippines, except to In-Laws. I would like to set up a distribution for them when I pass on. Who gets the estate? Can I hire a lawyer and set up a will here if they are legal here?
