Claiming To Have been Married to my Husband

I want to file a case against my husbands mistress, she posted pics of them in fb and other social networks, and using our family name. My kids, family, and friends also found it. Good thing I save all the pics, and other evidences before she deactivated her account. My husband and I are in good terms until I found out about it. I even requested for cenomar 'coz I want to know if they really got married, but it was negative. Right now my husband claims they already separated and he is now making up and regretting his mistakes. The posts itself have a psychological effect on my kids, as well as humiliation, and invasion of our private lives. She should pay the price. Even if I have already forgiven my husband I still would like to teach this girl a lesson.
