Questions:
1.) What type of contract is it when two persons agrees to take no legal action against each other?
2.) What are the required steps in making it legal/acceptable in court?
3.) Does it have to be signed with witnesses and with a lawyers acknowledgement?

it's called a waiver, and if based on your past posts, i have to say not all waivers are valid.
