CANT GET THE CERTIFICATE OF DISPOSITION

[b]Hi Attorney,

Recently kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance and then me HIT po wich is nakakgulat. ive got involved sa isang kasong last 2010 and its settled..Ive Got my NBI clearance from 2011 and 2012 with no deregatory record but now 2013 me recoed napo.. and the QC told me to present the documents that stating that the case was dismised unfortunately i dont have any copy now..then The QC told me that get certificate of disposition in the court that it was filled and she gave me the case no. but when i got there on the MTC and RTC theres no record found? what will i do Sir? ( five po kami nakasuhan my problem is i dont have any papers that will state that the case was dismissed na sa kanila po yung kopya kaso lang po theve all work abroad na.. what will I do SIR?)

then ask the court to issue a certification that there is no such case

Hi Atty Good Eve,,,Sorry for the late reply, ive Got the certification from the MTC that theres no such case Criminal nor Civil thats filed againts my name..I will just ask if the NBI will honor this Certification, will be able to get my NBI Cleareance Cleared?.. Hope you will give me some Advice Again.. It will be a BIG help..
