nagtatrabaho po ako sa isang mall sa muntin lupa! may mutor po ako pag napasok bilang empleyado sa mall, dati 10 pesos ang parking fee empleyado man o hindi tapos bigla pong nagtaas sila ng singil naging 15 pesos in 1st 4 hours tapos 5 pesos every hour, kawawa naman mga empleyado, kasi kung papasok ng 7am at lalabas ka ng 5pm, 45 pesos babayaran sa parking fee! tanong ko lang po kailangan po ba talagang magbayad ang sarili nilang empleyado ng napakataas na parking fee? salamat po!

if your company is just renting the space in the bldg, they cannot control the parking fee increases. The owner of the building has all the rights to impose any changes/charges.
