Hi atty ,
i need your advice , my daughter when i got birth use my single surname. when she turns to 7 yrs old.
one of our friends advice me to register another bc of my daughter under my husband surname since at that time we are already married . when she turns 16 and getting a nso copy from caloocan registral office. we confirm that not 2 but it has 3 bc of my daughter. we need to fix her bc so that she can get a passport too. second we notice that her sex status is male instead of female.
what do i need to do.
