Arresto Menor

Hi All! I would just like to ask for a legal opinion. Bought car last year. More than 7 times na sya na repair excluding minor problems and regular preventive maintenance check up pero di parin ma resolve ung problem. ilang beses nako pablik balik sa casa. and up to now sira parin. Can I file a case against them?
