hi,
my company tells me that i have to finish first all my reports for the coming board meeting on july20, but my last day is on july13 and the documents needed for completion of reports will be brought to the office by third week of july by that time i am no longer with the company.. is this a valid ground for holding my last pay? (13th month n tax refund if any)

nasunod ba ang 30 days notice for resignation? kaya nga may 30 days para magkaroon ng time for both parties (employee to have proper turn over; employer to find for a replacement).
