slight physical injury

good afternoon po. i just want to ask something. someone filed a slight physical injury against me for punching his face and he had i think 7 stitches. the incident happened while we were playing a basket ball game pero laro laro lang yun and hindi sya liga. napakasakit nya mag laro ng basket ball and parang he is instigating a fight because of his trash talking. one time when i am rebounding the ball, he put an elbow at my right rib cage. then after that tinutulak nya ako at grini grip ung arm ko na para bang na ttwist nya. so nagalit ako and nung pagka hiwalay namin e nasuntok ko sya sa kilay resulting to a gash sa eye brow nya na tinahi ng 7 stitches. nag pa medico legal sya and i think from what i remember eh 2 days sya magpahinga based sa medico legal. pero he is saying na 14 days daw ang pag galing nya based sa isang doctor na private na pinag pa checkupan nya. nag mediation na kame sa barangay pero di kami nagkasundo kaya nag issue ang barangay ng certificae to file action and nag file na sila sa court. may laban po ba ako?

after po pala ng trouble e may mga nag dikit ng posters sa guard house ng subdivision nila at sa paligid ng clubhouse at basket ball court na pinangyarihan. naka lagay ung pictures ko sa poster na parang wanted and it says there na banned to enter sa subdivision...Trespassing and with intention to physically harm a home owner or something to that effect po. feeling ko po ung subdivision officers po ang nagpakabit nun pero with the help of the guy i punched because the poster also has a picture of the eyebrow of the guy with stitches.

by the way, i am not a resident of that subdivision but i regularly play there since 1990s pa po. ano po ang pwede kong maging remedy? salamat po and more power po sa inyo.
