Is it legal to upload stolen shot pictures from a campus through a Public FACEBOOK PAGE? Provided that the campus is a private institution?
And that the owner of the Public FACEBOOK PAGE uploads hundreds of stolen shot pictures without the consent of the students in the photos?

Please, anyone, who has a kind heart, could respond to this question? Thanks!

Strictly speaking bawal po yun, the consent of the students in the photos must be obtained prior to the posting of such, otherwise, there is a clear invasion of privacy. UNLESS the student concern committed an illegal act at the time of taking of such picture.

Being taken inside a private institution is not a license to divest such student on his right to be let alone. Thus, consent is necessary. However, if the student will not oppose, then there is a clear waiver of his right.
