hi sir. just want to seek legal advice if it's legal for our company to demote me as a supervisor due to low call volume but my performance is good and passed my every monthly evaluation. i work in a call center and the account i'm in will be retrenching and will keep only 1 team. as per HR's advise, my supervisor's pay will change to agent's pay. this was done w/out prior notice.
