Hi,

I have few question about Deed of donation that was made by my grandmother for my mother. Here are the details:

The Deed of donation was made when my grandmother is still alive. It was donated to my mom and the lot is not surveyed, only percentage was detailed on the deed. The question is, is the deed of donation legal? Because some of her brother said it was null and void. By the way It was notarized with seal on it. Also they say that it is costly to process deed of donation, is this true? Any idea on the procedure?

If you guys need a peek on it I can post the scanned copy of it.

thanks and more power to all =)
