Good day,
I need your advice regarding the steps on how to prove that my marriage is void. Here are the facts
1. We did not get marriage license during the time we got married. We just went o manilacity hall anf someone offered to help us get married.
2. Upon checking our marriage contract, the solemnizing officer's name is Honorato D. Santos But when i checked at SOI.census.gov, the name does not exist, only a Santos D. honorato, and his validity is 2007-2009 but I got married in 1997.
What are the steps so I can have my marriage annuled or void?
