hello po pano naman po yung mga employee namin,kasi po nkapagsign n sila ng contract (5 mnths) after a week or a month we observed na mejo pasaway ang tao pede po ba namin cyang ppirmahin ng finished contract kaht hindi matapos yung 5 mnths???

stipulated ba sa contract ang "unless sooner terminated" due to poor performance?, If meron, yes u can terminate early, make sure back up ka ng supporting docs na poor evaluation nga. If none, wala kang basis.
