Arresto Menor

Nag-sign po ako sa isang probationary contract ng 5 months, and kakatapos lang po last june 1. Pero tumanggi na ako i-sign ung bagong contract para magin regular sa company. Pero di ako pinayagan paalisin ng employer at sinabing need kong mag render ng 30 days sakanila. Nakahold ngayon ang salary ko. Legal po ba yun?
Hindi ba pwedeng umalis agad sa company after end ng contract?

Hindi ba pwedeng umalis agad sa company after end ng contract?

Tama sila, kailangan mo mag render ng 30 days as required by the labor code.

Hindi end of contract yan kasi, probationary employment yan at matatapos lang yan kung gugustuhin ng company o kung mag resign ka. Kung tumuloy yan at umabot sa katapusan ng probationary period, automatic ang pagiging regular na hindi kailangan ng bagong kasulatan.

kung ayaw mo na dapat 30 days before matapos yung probi mo nag file ka na nang resignation..
