Arresto Menor

Hello,
I am a European citizen and need a good lawyer in the PH.
I am in Europe at the moment but have a crime case in the PH
and found out that there is a warrant of arrest because
I was not at the hearings for the last 6 months.

If there is a good lawyer here at this forum please contact me to see what can be done. I had a lawyer before
but he did not much except asking money ofcourse.
