Hello everyone, we will be having our last NLRC hearing within this week (I filed a complaint against my former employer due to constructive dismissal). Can I request for a clearance and COE from my former employer na po ba? I really need it asap for employment purposes. What if they would refuse to give me a clearance and COE? What should I do? thanks! Question

anong result nang NLRC hearing? nakipag settle ba?? kung hindi nakipag settle.. itutuloy yang kaso.. hindi ka nila mabibigyan nang clearance and COE hanggang may kaso..

and the company suddenly shut down. leaving the rest of their employess hanging, without even giving them a 30 day notice. mas marami na silang kaso ngayon
