please help me..yung lupa na minana namin na CLOA kunuha na ng anak ng tenant namin..considering lolo pa nila ang authorized tenant namin and we gave them parcel of land kasi nga tenant namin lolo nila..pero recently lang tinake over nila ang lupa namin..at buong angkan nila nag pagawa na ng bahay doon..ang hawak lang nilang papers e ang quit claims ng lola ko..na 5 silang mag kakapatid ang heirs sa lupa na yun..nu ba dapat naming gawin kasi di na kami makapasok sa property namin..may laban ba kami sa kanila..please i need you advice
