Ask ko lng po, my boyfriend and I are planning to get married here in Philippines para makaprocess po kami ng papers to Canada. He is Lebanese and now Canadian citizenship. What are the requirements needed for us to get married here in the Philippines? at He doesn't have birth certificate with him. Any other options for him to prepare to consider out marriage? By the way we are planning civil marriage lang po.

No need for the birth certificate foreigners only require passport when you apply for marriage license. Then they will verify his status in Canada for 2 to 3 weeks and you also have to submit a cenomar together with your authenticated birth certificate both from NSO.
