Good evening, attorneys! I am currently an employee relations assistant in Toyota Alabang, which is a private company. I was asked by my boss to research about DOLE's establishment employment report if it is required to be submitted by the company. Unfortunately, I can't find answers regarding the matter so I decided to start post here. Is it required for provate companies to submit an Establishment Employment report? Please please I need an answer thanks!
