Arresto Menor

Hello po,

I need advice, mag 6 months na po kasi ako this december and suddenly last monday they announced na up to end of december na lang daw po kami dahil ititigil na daw ang operation ng company dito sa Pinas. Bago pa lang sila kaka 1 year lang ng company.

Ang concern ko lang po is yung seperation pay ko po, di daw po kasi ako kasali dahil probation daw po ako. binasa ko po ang Labor Code Art 281-283 and i know po na dapat may matanggap ako dahil 6 months (regular) na ako sa end of dec. naka state naman po sa code na bawal sila magterminate ng basta basta.

Q> Tama po ba na dapat mag appeal ako sa seperation pay ko? Di po ba 1 month notice dapat ibigay ng company sa amin so dapat may first week of january pa kami? Crying or Very sad
