Arresto Menor

Hi, I have a girlfriend who might be charged of physical injury. I had an affair and my girlfriend found out about it, she caught the girl inside our room. We werent doing anything but the girl was just wearing under garment. the girl quickly left the house but came back that night. My girlfriend talked to her and probably out of anger hit her several times inside our house. Can she be charged of physical injury by the girl? Thank you for your shedding light on this matter.
